What does the average class look like?

The average Barry's RUN X LIFT class consists of equal time on the treadmills and on the floor. This mix allows for members to get HIIT, Cardio, and Strength training all during this 50-minute class. On the tread, the instructor will guide members through inclines and speeds, giving options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners. On the floor, the instructor will guide members through movements using dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, mats, and benches. Want to just run? Try our 30-minute RUN classes that are the same template just no floor work. Want to just lift? Reserve one of our double-floor stations in any regular RUN X LIFT class.

What should I bring to class?

Come dressed to sweat. We recommend you bring your own water bottle, but we have water for sale at the front desk. We provide all equipment and towels. We highly encourage members not use perfume prior to class, as other members can be sensitive to strong odors. Members should wear comfortable shoes that they can run and lift in. Members who enter in open-toe or platform shoes may be denied access to their class without refund.

Do you offer a trial membership?

We don't, but we have a special 3-for-1 class pack for all new members. Joining Barry's or any gym is a commitment, and we want to make sure that you get a sense of our community before making a financial commitment. Please call our studio to inquire further.
